Our Story
Our Story
Oice Support Services was founded in 2018 by Enock Anane with a clear and personal mission: to make outstanding home care accessible to everyone who needs it in Dagenham and the surrounding East London communities.
What began as a small team with a profound commitment to compassionate care has grown into a trusted, CQC-regulated provider delivering a wide range of home care and supported living services across the borough of Barking and Dagenham and beyond.
From our earliest days, we have placed the individual at the heart of everything we do. We do not believe in rigid care packages or one-size-fits-all approaches. We believe in sitting down with a person and their family, listening carefully, and building a care plan that reflects their real life — their routines, their preferences, their relationships and their goals.
Over the years, we have built a team of dedicated, experienced care professionals who share our values. They are the reason families trust us, and they are the reason our service users feel safe, respected and genuinely supported.

Every carer joins our team only after thorough background checks, DBS clearance, reference verification and a structured induction and training programme.
